Vivian Boone

Vivian Boone,94, of McKenzie, formerly of Ridgely, died Monday, April 4, 2022 at AHC McKenzie.  Born August 6, 1927, she is the daughter of the late William Franklin and Gertude Feasel Griffin. She was a homemaker and a Baptist.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, April 9, 2022 in the Ridgely Chapel of Curry Funeral Home officiated by Reverend Steve Boone with interment to follow in New Haven Cemetery.

Her family will be serving as pallbearers

The family will receive friends Saturday beginning at 11:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.

She is survived by her husband, Hershel Boone; two daughters, Janice Hensley (Tony) of Gleason, Julie Easley (Mooney) of Lyon, MS; four grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Suzzanne Miller; her grandson David Max Miller; two sisters, Neville Chandler, Anna Mae Aguilar; and one brother, Ralph Griffin.
