Thomas Kenneth Rigsby

Thomas Rigsby, 78, of Finley, died Tuesday, April 18, 2023 at his residence surrounded by his loving family. He was a retired mechanic at Heckethorn Manufacturing Company.

Born June 12, 1944 in Dyersburg, he was the son of the late Sam E. and Thelma Lee Williams Rigsby.

Graveside funeral services for Mr. Rigsby will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, April 20, 2023 at Fairview Cemetery officiated by Pastor Jesse Hopkins.

The family will receive friends Thursday, beginning at 11:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife of fifty-nine years, Sandra Rigsby; two daughters, Michelle Sykes of Dyersburg, Lisa Aday (Michael) of Hartselle, AL; three grandchildren, Ashley Rotenberry (Stephen), Bobby Sykes, Deborah Sykes; and three great-grandchildren, Kinsley Jones, Laken Jones and Isabella Massey.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Sammy Rigsby.
