Priscilla Smith

Priscilla Smith, 97, died Wednesday, September 2, 2020 at Oakwood Community Living Center. Born August 27, 1923, she is the daughter of the late Joseph and Leonaora Parker Mayfield. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.  Mrs. Smith was a homemaker.

Private memorial services will be held at a later date.

She is survived by her daughter, Diana Tanner (Bobby) of Dyersburg; four grandchildren, Jerry Lynn Gatton, Lisa Metz, Joey Gatton, Jimmy Gatton; fourteen great-grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Paige Smith, Jr. and her grandson John Gatton.
