Nina Sue Tatum

August 15, 1943 — December 25, 2021

Nina Sue Tatum, 78, of Tiptonville, died Saturday, December 25, 2021 at West Tennessee Healthcare in Martin.  Born August 15, 1943, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Mary Lou Lee Hooten.  She was retired and a member of First Baptist Church in Tiptonville.  

Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 29, 2021 in the Ridgely Chapel of Curry Funeral Home officiated by Brother Brent Long with interment to follow in New Haven Cemetery.

The family will receive friends 5:00 – 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 28, 2021 at the funeral home.

Serving as pallbearers will be Zachary Jones, Glen Farley, Larry Wayne Farley, Steve Farley, Ernest Morris and John Welch.

She is survived by one son, Davy Lynn Jones of Union City; and four grandchildren, April Stoneburner, Katelyn Morris, Zackary Jones, and Kevin Jones; and two great-grandchildren, Isabella Grace Stoneburner and Harley Renee Stoneburner.  

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Cooper Tatum; her daughter, Donna Renee Watkins; and three sisters, Doris Baker, Carolyn Northam and Linda Webb.
