Mary Frances Bennett

Mary Frances Williams Bennett, 76, of Cat Corner, died Monday, January 18, 2021 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital. Born May 27, 1944, she is the daughter of the late Albert and Ludie Mae Arrington Williams.  She was a homemaker.  Mary was a member of Cottonwood Baptist Church in Ridgely and attended West Dyersburg Church of Christ.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, January 23, 2021 in the Chapel of Curry Funeral Home officiated by Mr. Chuck Morris followed by a graveside service at New Haven Cemetery at 2:30 p.m.

The family will receive friends Friday, January 22^nd from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Jeff Jones, Eric Maupin, Ronnie Price, Rhett McIntosh, Dylan Parker and Michael Parker will serve at pallbearers.

She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Larry Bennett; her daughter, Andrea Bennett Black of Dyersburg; her son Carlton Sullivan of Ridgely; her grandson Bennett Black; two sisters, Dorthy Reynolds of Ridgely, Martha Burnett (Johnny) of Arlington; and one brother, Joe Lee Williams (Gayanne) of Tiptonville.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Betty Jane Williams Roberson.

The family requests memorials be directed to Dyer County Community Cancer Fund, P.O. Box 1055, Dyersburg TN  38025-1055.
