Jimmie Edward Bush, Sr.

Jimmie Edward Bush, Sr., 85, of Dyersburg, died Tuesday, September 24, 2024, at Oakwood Community Living Center. Born December 18, 1938, in Dyersburg, TN, he is the son of late Louis Edward and Maudie Austin Bush. He attended Three Oaks Baptist Church. Jimmie was a retired truck driver. 

He is survived by his sister, Glenda Kay Essary. 

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Jimmy Edward “Buggy” Bush, Jr. and two brothers, Charles Louis Bush and Gerald Wayne Bush.
