Janet Buchanan

Janet Buchanan, 73, of Martin, died Tuesday, June 16, 2020 at St. Thomas West Hospital in Nashville. Born May 9, 1947, she is the daughter of the late Bill and Ruth Opal Walker Connelly. She was a homemaker.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Friday, June 19, 2020 in the Chapel of Curry Funeral Home officiated by Reverend Mac Daniels with interment to follow in Fairview Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Thursday, June 18th from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

She is survived by her daughter, Kimberly Campbell Hipps (Jordan) of Dyersburg; her son, Rodney Campbell of Martin; and one brother, Jimmy Dale Connelly.

Family members will serve as pallbearers.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Milton Buchanan; one sister, Monette Carlton; and one brother, Billy Wayne Connelly.
