Claude Allison Lecklitner, 83, of Dyersburg, died Saturday, July 20, 2019 at his residence. Born January 26, 1936, he was the son of the late Claude and Blanche Kirk Lecklitner. He was a retired farmer, businessman and landowner. Claude was a member of Dyersburg First United Methodist Church and served in the Army National Guard. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Alyce Ann Lecklitner; one daughter, Cari Jones (Keith) of Dyersburg; one son, Ed Lecklitner of Atlanta, GA; and one granddaughter, Catherine Moore. Memorial services will be at 11:30 a.m. Friday, July 26, 2019 at Dyersburg First United Methodist Church officiated by Rev. Dr. Mary Beth Bernheisel. The family will receive friends from 9:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. at the church. Woody Clifton, Jerry Brewer, Ralph Henson, Jimmy Borden, Milton Magee, Bob Kirk, John Lannom, Steve Carmichael, Eddie Davis, Ernest (Moe) Blalock, Haskins Ridens and Ronnie Cole will serve as honorary pallbearers.
