Shelia Elizabeth Robbins, 55, of Dyersburg, died Sunday, Jan. 11, 2009 at Dyersburg Regional Medical Center. She was a homemaker and floral arranger for 12 years and a member of the Church of God of Prophecy on Upper Finley Road. Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday in the chapel of Curry Funeral Home with Dr. E.C. McKinley, Bishop Eugene Weakley, Bishop Clayton Mahan and Bishop Sam Clements officiating. Burial will be in Dyer County Memorial Gardens. The family will receive visitors at 5-8 p.m. today at the funeral home. Survivors include her husband, Jerry Robbins of Dyersburg; a daughter, Amy Robbins Wilson of Dyersburg; a son, Jeremy Robbins of Dyersburg; two sisters, Lesia Reddin of Henderson and Mary Lucille Beck of Alamo; two brothers, Frankie Luther of Dyersburg and Odell Luther of Brownsville; and three grandchildren, Justin Tyler Robbins, Baylee Erin Robbins and Jacob Christian Wilson. She was preceded in death by her parents, Everett and Elizabeth Luther; and a brother, James Edward Luther. Pallbearers will be Darrell Ward, Drew Tankersley, Kenny Simmons, Harold Brasfield, David Brasfield Jr., Todd Luther, Cody Ellzey and Micah Luther. The family requests that any memorials be directed to the Church of God of Prophecy, 1620 Upper Finley Road, Dyersburg, TN 38024.
