Margaret Louise Fulcher, 71, of Tiptonville, died Saturday, May 16, 2009 at her residence. She was a homemaker and a member of Dew Drop Independent Baptist Church. Services will be at 1 p.m. today at Dew Drop Independent Baptist Church with the Rev. Robert Mann officiating. Burial will be in New Haven Cemetery in Ridgely. Curry Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Survivors include three daughters, Ruth Ann Baxter and Wanda Jean Goodman, both of Wynnburg and Judy Faye Minnick of Tiptonville; four sons, William Leon Fulcher of Texas, Johnny Ray Fulcher and Albert Shane Fulcher, both of Tiptonville and Charles Edward "Toby" Fulcher of Hornbeak; three sisters, Betty Ruth Estes of Fort Knox, Ky., Sue Ann Gamble of Hickman, Ky. and Marie Stewart of Fulton, Ky.; special caregivers, Jeremy Hedgepath and Antonio Battee; 12 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, John William "Billy" Fulcher; three sons, Marty Eugene Gilbert, Donnie Randall Fulcher and Jerry Anthony Fulcher; her parents, W.C. and Hattie Lusk Wiggins; and a great-grandchild, Adrianna Love Kimble. Pallbearers will be Chad Clayton, Billy Tanner, Jimmy Lee Goodman, Richard Cantrell, Mike Darbyshire, Joey Nelson and Charles Fulcher.
