Frances Laverne Reasons

Frances Laverne Reasons, 82, of Dyersburg, died Tuesday, June 30, 2009 at Dyersburg Regional Medical Center. Visitation will be from 5 -8 pm Thursday, July 2, 2009 at Curry Funeral Home. Funeral services for Mrs. Reasons will be held at 10 am, Friday, July 3, 2009 in the Chapel of Curry Funeral Home conducted by Brother Ronnie Turner. Interment will follow in Fairview Cemetery, Dyersburg. Mrs. Reasons was a lon-time member of the Hawthorne Baptist Church in Dyersburg. She was a retired secretary for the Dyersburg State Gazette. She is survived by Vance Reasons, her husband of 64 years; three daughters, Linda Seratt and Tommy, Wanda Wilkerson and Doug, and Patty Johnson and Elioett, all of Dyersburg. She is also survived by one brohter, William R. Turner of Clinton, Mississippi, six grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Eula Belle Henry Turner and Leonard C. Turner and two brothers Coy B. Turner and Leon Turner.
