The family will receive visitors Wednesday, July 8th beginning at 9:00 am ? 10:15am at Curry Funeral Home, Dyersburg, TN. Graveside services for Mr. Johnson will be at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 8, 2009 at New Haven Cemetery in Ridgely, TN with Rev. Jim Wolfgang officiating. Curry Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Survivors include 1 daughter, Paige Johnson, Dyersburg, TN; 2 Sons, Cody Hendrix and Justin Richardson, both of Dyersburg, TN; his Mother, Lois Johnson McCulloch and step-father Monroe, Dyersburg, TN; 2 Sisters, Gwen Mallard and husband Nathan, Dyersburg, TN, Shea Tharpe, Dyersburg, TN; his Grandfather, Buck Matlock, Ridgely, TN; 3 Nieces, Amanda Markin and husband Brian, Emma Tharpe, Lauren Tharpe and 1 nephew, Patrick Tharpe, all of Dyersburg, TN. He was preceded in death by his father, Earl Johnson, and his grandmother, Thelma Matlock.
