Mrs. Lavern Wilson, 82, Dyersburg, TN died Wednesday, November 11, 2009 at Dyersburg Regional Medical Center. She was retired. Services will be at 1:00 p.m.Friday, November 13, 2009 in the Chapel of Curry Funeral Home with Rev. Ronnie Sanders officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery. Curry Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. The family will receive visitors from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. Friday, November 12th at the funeral home. Survivors include her two daughters, Jackie Pierce and Brenda Kindle of Dyersburg, TN: two sons, J.L. Wilson of Dyersburg, TN, Johnny Wilson of Tulsa, OK: a sister, Shirlene Garner of Quinlan, TX: 9 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Johnnie Clarence Wilson; one son, James Larry Wilson her parents, Arthur & Lealer Sweat Evans, two sisters, Kathleen Sanders and Eunice Allison; two brothers, Raymond Evans and Ray Evans; a grandson, Jason Hays and a granddaughter, Tabitha Wilson. Pallbearers will be Billy Pierce, Jason Turnbo, Scott Wilson, Michael Wilson, Ricky Sanders and Chad Kindle. Honorary pallbearers will be Tony Kindle and David Barker.
