Ora Eugene Odle

Mr. Ora Eugene Odle, 79 died Monday August 2, 2010 at his residence. He was a member of Lenox Baptist Church. Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, August 4, 2010 in the Chapel of Curry Funeral Home with Brother Bill Phipps officiating. Interment will follow in Dyer County Memorial Gardens in Dyersburg. Curry Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. The Odle family will receive visitors Tuesday August 3, 2010 from 5 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Survivors include his wife, Betty Thurmond Odle of Dyersburg; six daughters, Judy Kellum of Atoka, Joyce Emerson of Gleason, Donna Weaver of Lenox, Tammy Crafton of Roellen Tracy Bailey of Finley and Lisa Wheeler of Richwoods Community; one son, Johnny Odle, 17 Grandchildren, and 11 Great-Grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son, Tommy Odle; his parents George and Rozelle Williams Odle; and two brothers Dale Odle and Jerry Odle. Pallbearers will be Wesley Ballard, Stoney Kellum, Brad Waddell, Glenn Kellum, Ted Weaver, and Andy Wheeler. The family requests that memorials be directed to organization of donors choice.
