Robert "Little Robert" Mauldin, Jr.

Mr. Robert "Little Robert" Mauldin, Jr., 29, of Dyersburg died Tuesday, January 4, 2011 at Dyersburg Regional Medical Center. He was a member of Finley Baptist Church. Services will be at 1:00 pm Friday, January 7, 2011 at Finley Baptist Church with Reverend Charlie Halliburton officiating. Interment will follow in New Haven Cemetery in Ridgely. Curry Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. The Mauldin family will receive visitors Thursday, January 6th from 5 until 8 p.m. at the church. Survivors include his wife Sarah Fowlkes Mauldin and his daughter Elana Frances Mauldin, his parents Robert and Amy Mauldin, his sister, Amanda Mauldin Cooper and husband Chad, 3 brothers Todd Mauldin, Justin Daniels and wife Tiffany and Josh Daniels and wife Leigh Anne all of Dyersburg, his grandparents Wilburn Mauldin of Ridgely and Odell and Lena Moody of Finley, 6 nieces and nephews, Chad Cooper, Austin Ellington, Cameron Daniels, Chloe Daniels, Lilli Daniels, a special great aunt, Bonnie Perry, an aunt Emily Pritchett and husband Butch, an uncle Marty Moody and wife Ann all of Dyersburg and an uncle Jack Mauldin of Ridgely. He was preceded in death by his mother, Cindy Watson Mauldin and his grandmother, Geneva Mauldin. Pallbearers will be Glenn Parkinson, Michael Joyner, Garon Perdue, Tommy Tidwell, Johnny Tidwell and Jesse Rush. Honorary pallbearers will be Ted Weaver, Nathan Mascroft, Michael Screws and Victor Walton. The family requests memorials be directed to Finley Baptist Church.
