Mr. Sammy "Sam" Hollandsworth, 64, of Ridgely, TN died Thursday, January 13, 2011 at Dyersburg Regional Medical Center. He was a member of Dew Drop Independent Baptist Church Services will be at 11:00 am Saturday, January 15, 2011 in the Ridgely Chapel of Curry Funeral Home with Rev. Danny O'Guin officiating. Curry Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. The Hollandsworth family will receive visitors Friday, January 14th from 5 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Survivors include his wife of 45 years Darlene Goodman Hollandsworth, 1 daughter, Irene Shelton and husband Stan, 1 son Anthony Wayne Hollandsworth and fiancee Sandra all of Ridgely, 1 sister, Luna B. Cutler and husband Jimmy of Millsfield, 4 grandchildren, Skylar Shelton, Garrett Shelton, Curt Hollandsworth, Casey Sherron and 1 great-grandson, Andrew Blackwell Hollandsworth. He was preceded in death by his parents William Curtis and Rena Estelle Paschall Hollandsworth. Pallbearers will be Danny Goodman, Jr., James Dial, Jr., George Cutler, Greg Cutler, J.C.
