Robert Dan "Bobby" Patterson

Beloved husband, father and Papa, Robert Dan "Bobby" Patterson, 67, of Tiptonville, TN died Sunday, February 6, 2011 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital. He was a member of The First United Methodist Church in Ridgely, TN, an Army Veteran, a trustee of Gibson Electric Membership Corporation, a past member of the Rotary Club, the Lions Club, Lake County Board of Education, State Democratic Committeeman, Lake County Election Commission and was on the Board of Reelfoot Lake Regional Utility District. He was also a retired banker and farmer. Funeral services will be 10:00 AM, Wednesday, February 9, 2011 at the First United Methodist Church in Ridgely, TN with Brother Craig Myrick officiating. Interment will follow in New Haven Cemetery in Ridgely. Curry Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Visitation will be 5:30 - 7:30 PM, Tuesday, February 8, 2011 at the church. Survivors include his wife, Cam Patterson of Tiptonville; two daughters, Pamie Adcock and husband David of Dyersburg and Missy Homra and husband Jamil of Ridgely, 1 sister, Margie Algee of Ridgely, 1 brother Charles William Patterson of Safford, AZ, and 4 grandchildren Hollie Adcock, Mary Malone Adcock, Cameron Homra and Hanna Homra. He was preceded in death by his parents Charles Robert & Roxie Patterson. Pallbearers will be Robert Coats, Kent Patterson, Trent Patterson, Bryon Patterson, Bradley Patterson, Troy Patterson, Glenn Patterson and Glen Floyd. The family requests any memorials be directed to Ridgely First United Methodist Church, Margaret Newton Elementary Scholarship Fund or Imagination Library.
