Mrs. Helen Boswell Hopper, 84, of Dyersburg, TN died Tuesday, February 08, 2011 at Dyersburg Manor Nursing Facility. She was a member of Southside Baptist Church and a Homemaker. Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday February 11, 2011 in the Chapel of Curry Funeral Home with Bro. Loren Stephens officiating. Curry Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Interment will follow in Sorrell Chapel Cemetery. The family will receive visitors Thursday, February 10, 2011from 5 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Survivors include two sisters, Birdie (Joe) Baker of Dyersburg and Sarah Rogers of DeMott, Indiana; and one brother, David (Nelda) Boswell of Dyersburg, and a host of nieces and nephews that she was honored to assist in their care. She was preceded in death by her husband, Leland "Top" Hopper; her parents, Perry and Ellen Lovins Boswell; and one sister Elizabeth Boswell Roberts..
