Wanda Ruth Rice

Miss Wanda Ruth Rice, 89, of Dyersburg, TN died Tuesday, July 26, 2011 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital. She was owner & photographer of Rice Studio since 1942, a member of First Christian Church and supporter of the Dyersburg Community Concert and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Funeral services will be at 10:00 am Friday, July 29, 2011 in the Chapel of Curry Funeral Home with interment to follow in Fairview Cemetery. Curry Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. The Rice family will receive visitors Thursday evening from 5:00 - 7:00 pm at the funeral home. Survivors include her cousins Rose Marie Berry of Clinton, KY, Linda Dycus Ernst & family of Dyersburg, Richard P. Dycus, Jr. and family of Cynthiana, KY and Robert L. Dycus & family of Long Beach, CA and a great-niece Cristina Royer Lewis of Ocala, FL. She was preceded in death by her parents and 2 sisters.
