Frances Ann "Fran" Curry Yarbro

Mrs. Frances Ann "Fran" Curry Yarbro, 76, of Dyersburg, TN died Monday, November 28, 2011 at Dyersburg Regional Medical Center in Dyersburg. She was a real estate broker and travel agent and a member of First United Methodist Church in Dyersburg. Mrs. Yarbro was a member of The Memphis Bridge Club and attended Stephens College and Vanderbilt University. Memorial services will be at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, December 3, 2011 in the chapel of Curry Funeral Home with Bro. Jim Pilcher officiating. A private interment service will be held at a later date. Curry Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. The family will receive visitors on Friday evening from 5 until 8 p.m. at Curry Funeral Home. Survivors include one son, Alfred Yarbro of Dyersburg and one sister, Loretta Adams of Waxahachie, Texas. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Yarbro; one son, Charles Curry Yarbro; her parents, Joe "Baby Joe" Curry, Cuba Heathcott Curry, and her biological mother, Bessie McClatchey. Pallbearers will be Fred Wortman, Dave Fisher, Barry Ladd, Kenneth Ladd, Butch Ladd, and Tom Yarbro. The family requests that any memorials be directed to St. Jude Childrens Hospital.
