Holland Moore

Mr. Holland Moore, 84, died Tuesday, December 27, 2011 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital. Mr. Moore was an avid farmer and a WWII Veteran. Funeral services will be at 1pm Friday, December 30, 2011 in the Chapel of Curry Funeral Home conducted by Reverend Kenny Chessor. Interment will follow in Fairview Cemetery. Curry Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Pallbearers will be Bill Mancell, Jr., Lynn Mancell, Leon Baize, Phillip Boals, Jason Lineberry and Steve Richardson. Honorary pallbearers will be the Friends of the Big Boy Junction Community. The Moore family will receive visitors Thursday, December 29th from 5-8 pm at the funeral home. Survivors include 2 sons, Nathan Moore of Dyersburg and Ronald Moore and wife Esther of Finley, 1 sister, Pearl Marie Embry of Memphis, 1 brother, Holmes Franklin Moore of Finley, 3 grandchildren, Jamie Moore Bell and husband Sam, Brian Moore & wife Lindi, Justin Moore and 3 great grandchildren, Kaitlyn Bell, Cody Bell and Brylan Moore.
