Eddie Ray Cook

Mr. Eddie Ray Cook, life long resident of Dyer, Lake, and Obion county died Dec 18,2012 at Henry County HealthCare Center. Mr. Cook was born May 1, 1937. He was seventy-five years old. He was preceded in death by his spouse, Dorothy Hogan Cook, a twin sister Ada Faye Cook, and a sister Judy Taylor. He is survived by a brother Joe T. Cook, of Rio Rancho, NM, a sister Rose Preslar of Paris, TN and a sister Jane Fowler of Dyerburg, TN.. He is survived by a step-son Lenard Briggs of Jefferson City, TN and a step-daughter Dianna Schultz of Morristown, TN. His body is to be cremated with a memorial service to be Friday, December 21, 2012, 5-7 pm at Curry's Chapel in Ridgely, TN. Interment will be in Dandrige, TN with his wife.
