Marie Hughes

Marie Hughes, 62, of Newbern died Wednesday, January 30, 2013 at Dyersburg Regional Medical Center. She was a member of Emmaus Baptist Church and a former dietary services employee of Wesley Nursing Home and Dyersburg Regional Medical Center. Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, February 2, 2013 in the Chapel of Curry Funeral Home conducted by Reverend James Hooper. Interment will follow in Church Grove Cemetery in Newbern. Curry Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Pallbearers will be Justin Milligan, Cody Milligan, Hunter Milligan, Blake Dunevant, Clayton Rogers and Darren Milligan. The Hughes family will receive visitors Friday, February 1st from 5:30 - 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. She is survived by 1 daughter Teresa Milligan and husband Keith of Newbern, 1 son Scott Hughes and wife Christina of Dyersburg, 1 brother Alvin Dunevant and wife Alice of Newbern and 3 grandsons, Justin Milligan, Cody Milligan and Hunter Milligan.
