Evelyn Bartlett Spence, 75, of Morris Chapel, TN, formerly of Ridgely, died Tuesday, March 12, 2013, at her daughter's residence. She was a member of Cottonwood Baptist Church and a retired cook at the Cozy Kitchen. Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Friday, March 15, 2013 at Cottonwood Baptist Church in Ridgely, conducted by Reverend Paul Adams. Interment will follow in New Haven Cemetery in Ridgely. The Spence family will receive visitors Thursday, March 14th from 5:00 - 8:00 pm at the church. Curry Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Pallbearers will be Danny Paul Bartlett, Kelly Bartlett, Johnny Baker, Travis Spence, Rick Bingham and Donny Tolley. She is survived by 3 daughters, Ruby Williams and husband Dennis of Morris Chapel, Patricia Bonilla and husband Joseph of Ridgely, Tina Woodard and husband Kenny of Sikeston, MO, 1 son, Aaron Bartlett of Ridgely, 2 step-daughters, Teresa Bass, Debbie Faulkner and husband Lenny, both of Troy, MO, 2 step-sons, Danny Paul Bartlett and wife Marsha of South Fulton, KY, H.D. Spence, Jr., of Texas, 3 sisters, Bertie Lemonds of Dyersburg, Loretta Ferguson of Brownsville, Mary Jane McLain and husband Wayne of Memphis, 3 brothers, Buddy Baker and wife Betty of Ridgely, Johnny Baker and wife Sylvia of Hawk Point, MO, Lonnie Baker of South Carolina, 6 grandchildren, Kandi Williams, Amanda Ward, Tonya Burks, Justin Bonilla, Jessica Bonilla, Matthew Woodard, 4 great-grandchildren, Kaitlyn Ward, Grace Ward, Anna Ward, Caleb Williams, 8 step-grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Aaron Gene Bartlett and H.D. Spence, 1 step-son, James Spence, 1 sister, Irene Westmoreland, 1 brother James Westmoreland and her parents, Willie and Flonnie Mae Crabtree.
