Micheal Townsend, 62, of Dyersburg, died Wednesday, March 27, 2013 at Dyersburg Regional Medical Center. He was a Vietnam veteran and retired from Bennett Tool and Die. Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. Friday, March 29, 2013 Graveside at RoEllen Cemetery officiated by Reverend Robert Craig. Curry Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. He is survived by one daughter, Rachel Townsend of Dyersburg, one son, Justin Townsend of Dyersburg, three sisters, Kay Strawn of Dyersburg, Brenda Gardner of Obion, Jan Kennedy of McLemoresville and 2 grandchildren.
