Loretta "Day" Walker Williams, 72, of Tiptonville, TN died Friday, May 3, 2013 at her residence. She was a homemaker. Funeral services for Mrs. Williams will be at 12 Noon, Tuesday, May 7, 2013 at Curry Funeral Home in Dyersburg with Mr. David Dunn officiating. Curry Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Pallbearers will be Bobby Joe Sneed, Jeffery Sneed, Taylor Sneed, Austin Sneed, Burt Dunavant, Bradley Davis and Marvin "Elk" Shaw. The Williams family will receive visitors 5:00 - 8:00 pm, Monday, May 6, 2013 at the funeral home. She is survived 1 daughter Sandy Sneed of Tiptonville, 1 step-daughter, Devona Williams of Tiptonville, 4 sons, Bobby Sneed of Tiptonville , Tim Sneed of Alexandria, VA, James Sneed of Tiptonville, Jeff Sneed of St. Louis, MO, 1 step-son, Kevin Williams of Munford, 4 sisters Barbara Dunavant, Libby Levelle, Charlene Revell, Peggy Halcomb, all of Ripley, 2 brothers, Thurston Walker and David Walker of Ripley, 13 grandchildren and19 great-grandchildren She was preceded in death by her husbands, Paul Williams and Tucker Sneed, 1 son, Billy Ray Sneed, 4 brothers, Joe Walker, C.H. Walker, Ray Walker, Hub Walker and her parents Charlie and Nancy Ann Walker.
