Billy Gene Jones, 75, of Halls, TN died Tuesday, June 11, 2013 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital. He was a truck driver. He is survived by his wife, Judith Garner Jones of Halls; a son, Billy G. Jones, Jr. of Halls; 3 sisters, Judy Welch and Carolyn Korminsky both of Florida and Shirley Thurmond of Dyersburg; a half sister, Robbie Sue Webb of Dyersburg; 3 step-daughters and 3 step-grandchildren. The family will hold a graveside service at Zion Cemetery, 10:00 am, Saturday, June 15, 2013. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Debbie Jean Jones; 2 brothers, Odie & Frank Jones; and his parents, Odie B. & Clara Chandler Jones.
