Dorothy "Mommy Dot" Harber, 90, of Finley died Saturday, June 22, 2013 at Oakwood Community Living Center. She was a member of Finley Baptist Church, member of Callie Jackson Sunday School class and a member of Young at Heart Senior Citizens group at the church. She and her husband were owners of Leon Harber Wholesale. Funeral services for Mrs. Harber will be at 11:00 am Monday, June 24, 2013 in the Chapel of Curry Funeral Home with Dr. Charlie Halliburton officiating. Interment will follow in Fairview Cemetery. Curry Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Pallbearers will be Anthony Evans, Bill Brock, Garon Perdue, Joe Henson, Robert Mauldin and Chuck Halliburton. The Harber family will receive visitors 5:00 - 8:00 pm, Sunday, June 23rd at the funeral home. She is survived by several nieces and a nephew, caretakers Gary and Debbie Perdue, Jerry and Candy Brock, all of Finley, Garon Perdue, Christie Perdue Henson, Katie Brock, children whom she loved and cared for all their life. She was preceded in death by her husband of 43 years Leon Harber, her parents, Robert and Lela Webb Stanfill, brothers Billy Dempsey Stanfill, J.B.
