Kathy Ann Horner

Kathy A. Horner, 48, of Dyersburg, died Tuesday, July 9, 2013 at Dyersburg Regional Medical Center. She was a nurse at Dyersburg Manor. Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Friday, July 12, 2013 Graveside at Sorrell's Chapel Cemetery officiated by Reverend Mike Hickman. Curry Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. The Horner family will receive friends from 5:00 - 7:00 pm Thursday, July 11th at the funeral home. She is survived by her husband Michael Horner of Dyersburg, her daughter Christa Gunnels and husband Aaron of Newbern, her son Aaron Burnett of Braggadocio, MO, her mother Hazel Rettig of Dyersburg, five sisters, Brenda Chu of Dyersburg, Lisa Harrington of Nashville, Debbie McGrew and Janice Chronister of Hot Springs, AR, JoAnn Chronister of Tulsa, OK, one brother Bobby Chronister of Tulsa, OK and three grandchildren, Haley Woods, Hanna Gunnels and Riley Garrett. She was preceded in death by her father Alford Elliott, her sister Cheryl "Cookie" Huffman and her brother Jerry Chronister.
