Nicky Lynn Burns, 53, of Finley died Sunday, August 25, 2013 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital. He was a farmer. Funeral services will be at 8:00 a.m. Tuesday, August 27, 2013 Graveside at the City Cemetery in Dyersburg. Curry Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. He is survived by his son Wesley Lynn Burns and wife Randi of Dyersburg, 2 sisters Janie Simpson of Finley, Shirley Ables of Dyersburg, 3 brothers, Roy Burns of Jenkinsville Community, David Burns of Unionville Community, Thomas Burns of Finley, 4 grandchildren, Anthony Burns, Bradley Burns, Camden Burns and Cerra Burns. He was preceded in death by his parents, Pollard and Lillie Permenter Copeland, 3 sisters, Mary Martin, Betty Ann Burns and Carolyn Burns and 1 brother, Paul Burns.
