Donald Wayne "Duck" Morgan, 61, of Newbern, TN, died Tuesday, November 26, 2013 at his residence. He was a former employee of Dyersburg Fabrics and Tom's Snacks. Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, November 30, 2013, in the Chapel of Curry Funeral Home with Reverend Ed Horner officiating. Interment will follow in Fairview Cemetery. Curry Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Pallbearers will be nephews. The Morgan family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Friday, November 29th at the funeral home. He is survived by his wife of 34 years Michelle Morgan of Newbern, 2 daughters Sandy Tarkington and husband Robert of Dyersburg, Wendy Hammann and husband Ed of Knoxville, 1 son Bradley Morgan and wife Jordan of Jackson, his parents Don and Sue Morgan of Dyersburg, 2 brothers Mike Morgan and wife Vickie of Dyersburg, Mark Morgan of Newbern, a very special cousin Tracy Bacigalupo and husband Tony of Dyersburg and 11 grandchildren, Anna, Becca and Trey Tarkington, Caleb, Yeshi, Zachary, Isaac, Chloe and Aynu Hammann, and Shelby and Hayden Morgan. He was preceded in death by his sister Janie Sue Morgan. The family requests memorials be directed to Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of America, 386 Park Avenue South, 17th Floor, New York, NY 10013.
