Lenita Agee Crocker

Lenita Agee Crocker, 63 , of Dyersburg, TN died Wednesday, December 11, 2013 at Jackson Regional Hospital in Jackson, TN. She was a member of the East Dyersburg United Methodist Church, owner of JR Mart in Dyersburg, TN, and an avid fisherwoman. The family will receive friends Saturday, December 14th from 5:00 - 8:00 pm at the funeral home. Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Sunday, December 15, 2013 in the Chapel of Curry Funeral Home with Brother Jerry Stafford officiating. Interment will follow in Fairview Cemetery. Curry Funeral Home is charge of the arrangements. She is survived by two daughters: Shelly Renae Essary and Laura Beth Marbrey both of Dyersburg; and four grandchildren: John Colton Crocker, Lacy Katherine Joy Essary, Leanna Joy Butler, and James Michael Butler. She was preceded in death by her husband of 43 years Johnny Ray Crocker; her parents William and Albertha Agee; her sister Monteen Apperson; and her brother Lamar Agee. Pall bearers will be Billy Agee, Jay Agee, Paul Braithwaite, Tommy Henson, Ricky Apperson, and Glendale Brasfield. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Dyer County Community Cancer Fund, P.O. Box 1002, Dyersburg, TN 38025-1002.
