Marion Lee "Tattoo" Wiggins, 55, of Obion, TN died Saturday, December 28, 2013 at his residence. He was disabled. Graveside services will be 1:00 pm Tuesday, December 31, 2013 at Old Republic Cemetery near Union City with Reverend Marvin Wilson officiating. Curry Funeral Home is in charge of his services. He is survived by his wife Wanda Wiggins of Obion, 1 step-daughter Melissa Amos Shepherd of Tellico and 1 step-son Jarred L. Amos of Obion.
