Jessie Edna Pritchett

February 5, 1918 — January 28, 2014

Jessie E. Pritchett, 95, of Bartlett, formerly of Finley and the Fowlkes Community, died Tuesday, January 28, 2014 at St. Francis Hospital in Memphis. She previously attended Finley Pentecostal Church and Fowlkes Baptist Church while in Dyer County and the past 12 years attended The Pentecostal Church in Memphis. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and her great-grandchildren. . Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, February 1, 2014 in the Chapel of Curry Funeral Home with Reverend Bill Parkey officiating. Interment will follow in Dyer County Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be Kerry Cook, John Cook, Deland Richardson, Dustin Strube, Ryan Maenhoudt and Derek Maenhoudt. The family will receive friends Friday, January 31st from 5:00 - 8:00 pm at the funeral home. She is survived by her daughter Barbara Pritchett Maxwell and husband James of Bartlett, two sons Jerry Pritchett of Dyersburg, Jamie Pritchett and wife Carol of Lane, 5 grandchildren, Patty Maenhoudt, Rhonda Daniels, Karen Sharp, Lisa Cook, Michelle Pritchett and 7 great-grandchildren, Dustin Stube, Ryan Maenhoudt, Derek Maenhoudt, Paige Cook, John Cook, Zachary Sharp and Zoey Sharp. She was preceded in death by her husband of over 50 years James B. Pritchett, 3 sisters, Lorene Richardson, Florence Reeves, Ruby Sims, 1 brother, Elco Lott and her parents James D. and Ethel Spencer Lott.
