Helen Clark "MeMe" Jones

Helen Clark "MeMe" Jones, 91, of Dyersburg, died Sunday, April 13, 2014 at her daughter's residence. She was a member of Lake Road Baptist Church and a homemaker. Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Tuesday, April 15, 2014 in the Chapel of Curry Funeral Home conducted by Reverend Jeremy Ballinger and Reverend Keith Ozment. Interment will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery in Milan. Curry Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Pallbearers will be Jake Berggren, Corey Mealer, Wesley Mealer, Matt Daily, Buck Vaughn and Jeremy King. Honorary pallbearers will Odell Terry and Nicholaus King. The family will receive friends Monday, April 14, 2014 from 5:00 - 8:00 pm at the funeral home. She is survived by her daughter Phyllis Vaughn and husband Charles of Dyersburg and daughter Robbie Cowell of Memphis, 9 grandchildren, Philip Coker and wife Tammy, Loretta Mealer and husband Auston, Lana Terry and husband Rodney, Buck Vaughn and wife Dianne, all of Dyersburg, Marcia King and husband Jeremy of Nashville, Lisa Tyus and husband Shaun of Halls, Susan Berggren, Debbie Carson and husband Larry and EAnn Cowell and Dennis Ballard, all of Memphis, 17 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband Philip Jones, her parents, Rupert & Roberta Tritt Clark, and her brother Warren Clark.
