Frankie "Frank-O" Hipps

Frankie "Frank-o" Hipps, 54, of Dyersburg, TN died Tuesday, July 15, 2014, at Regional Hospital of Jackson, TN. He was a retired machinist for the Eaton Corporation. He was an avid Titans fan and would not miss any of their games if possible. His love for the outdoors helped him design and maintain the most beautiful of yard. He was known as a super softball player who played in many of the games at local ball fields. His greatest love was being a husband, father and grandfather. His two grandsons Jacob and Jase were the apples of his eye. Funeral services for Frankie will be at 3:00 pm Friday, July 18, 2014 in the Chapel of Curry Funeral Home conducted by Brother Carmon Dennison. The Hipps family will receive visitors from 12:30 pm until service time in the chapel. Surviviors include his wife of 34 years Tammy Stanley Hipps; one daughter, Meggan Hipps Pintrick and husband Anthony of Arlington, TN; one son, Jordan Lynn Hipps and wife Kim of Dyersburg, TN; two sisters: Brenda Augdon and Carolyn Stephens both of Dyersburg, TN; two brothers: Johnny Hipps of Friendship,TN, and Oneal Hipps of Dyersburg TN; and, two grandsons Jacob and Jase.
