Larry J. Owsley

Larry J. Owsley, 63, of Gates, TN formerly of Dyersburg, died Saturday, August 2, 2014 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital. He was born September 24, 1950 to Leonard and Cora Mae Hyde Owsley. He is retired from World Color Press. He is survived by his daughter, Melissa Owsley of Gates; two sons, Ken Owsley of Parsons, Mark Owsley of Gates; one sister, Norma Overbey of Dyersburg; 11 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife Shirley Bingham Owsley and two brothers Kenneth Owsley and Roger Owsley. A memorial service will be held by the family at 4:00 pm, Thursday, August 14, 2014 at Temple of Praise Church, Hwy 51 By-Pass, Dyersburg, TN.
