Wilma Sue James

Wilma Sue James, 88, of Dyersburg, died Wednesday, October 14, 2015 at her residence. Born February 16, 1927 in Dyer County, TN, she was the daughter of the late Jim and Flossie Hubbard Anderson. She was retired from Colonial Rubber. Graveside services will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, October 17, 2015 at Fairview Cemetery conducted by Reverend Annetta Camp. Curry Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Pallbearers will be Eddie Hicks, Larry Edwards, Tim Fultz, Donnie Wilson, Skyler Wilson and Sammy Broglin, Jr. The family will receive friends Friday, October 16th from 5:00 - 8:00 pm at the funeral home. She is survived by her daughter, Frances Scott of Dyersburg; her son, Danny James and wife Pat of Dyersburg; 6 grandchildren, Toni Broglin, Randy Scott, Danny James, Kim Canada, Vickie Wilson, Martha Pierce; 9 great-grandchildren; and 8 great-great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Hilliard James; her daughter, Deborah Crafton; her son, Sammie James; 2 sisters, Barbara Petty, Dorothy Mae Whitley; and 3 brothers, Dolphus Anderson, Gerald Anderson and Billy Wayne Anderson.
