Timmy Ray Walker

Timmy Ray Walker, 61, of Dyersburg, died Tuesday, March 29, 2016 at his residence.  Born January 15, 1955 in Chicago, IL, he was the son of the late Raymond Earl and Shirley Ann Parham Walker. He was retired from ITT Lighting Warehouse and a Navy veteran.  He was a Baptist.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 pm Sunday, April 3, 2016 in the Chapel of Curry Funeral Home conducted by Reverend Jeremy Ballinger with interment to follow in Fairview Cemetery.   

The Navy Honor Guard will serve as pallbearers.

The family will receive friends Saturday, April 2nd from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

He is survived by his daughter Misty Coronado (Frank) of Fresno, CA; his son, Jason Walker of Tupelo, MS; two sisters, Sherry Marrow (Rick) of Dyersburg, Joyce Jellema of Chicago, IL; five brothers, Jimmy Walker (Becky) of Paris, Johnny Walker of Dyersburg, Tommy Decker of IL, Terry Walker of FL, Jamie Decker of Dyersburg; two grandchildren, Frank Jr. Coronado and Isabella Coronado, both of Fresno, CA; his step-mom, Janice Willis of Dyersburg; and many nieces and nephews.
