Charles L. Gray

Charles L. Gray, 88, of Dyersburg, died Saturday, September 24, 2016 at The Highlands of Dyersburg. Born February 10, 1928, he was the son of the late Wilson and Pearl Richardson Gray. He was a retired lineman at Dyersburg Electric and a member of Holy Hills Baptist Church.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 27, 2016 in the Chapel of Curry Funeral Home conducted by Brother Jeremy Ballinger.   

Pallbearers will be Dakota Garcia, Sheldon Moore, Amanda Garcia, Jade Rinks, Jay Rinks and Tony Gray.

The family will receive friends Tuesday beginning at 12 Noon until service time at the funeral home.

He is survived by three daughters, Tonya Moore, Tammy Garcia, Tina Hernandez all of Dyersburg; five grandchildren, Dakota Garcia, Amanda Garcia, Sheldon Moore, Jade Rinks, Tony Gray and two great-grandchildren, Ryder Gray and Alexia Gray.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Fay Gray; his son, Jimmy Charles Gray; two sisters, Mary Mae Gray and Frances Fuller; and two brothers, Robert Gray and Junior Gray.
