Sarah Enochs

Sarah Enochs, 93, of Dyersburg, died Saturday, December 10, 2016 at The Highlands of Dyersburg. Born May 27, 1923 in Hickman, KY, to the late Lofton and Maggie Purcell Singleton, she was a retired retail clerk and member of Cornerstone Church of God.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 13, 2016 in the Chapel of Curry Funeral Home conducted by Reverend Jason Houston with interment to follow in Fairview Cemetery.  

Pallbearers will be Jonathan Enochs, Mike Enochs, Bruce Bennett, David Bennett, Rusty Grills and Hunter Grills.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, December 13th  beginning at 12 Noon until service time at the funeral home.

She is survived by her daughter, Linda Bennett (Bruce) of Dyersburg; one surviving sister of nine siblings, Betty Jane Hees of Plymouth, MI; four grandchildren, Jonathan Enochs (Jessica), Mike Enochs (Cathy), David Bennett, Christi Grills (Rusty); and four great-grandchildren, Isabelle Enochs, Jackson Enochs, Hadley Grills and Jaxie Grills.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Carmon Enochs, Sr.; her son, Carmon Enochs, Jr.; and seven siblings.
