Pennie Sue Moore

Pennie Sue Moore, 55, of Finley, died Friday, March 24, 2017 at her residence.  Born June 17, 1961, she was the daughter of Homer and Sue Moore. She was a former employee at Dyersburg Fabrics, Colonial Rubber and Penguin.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, March 26, 2017 in the Chapel of Curry Funeral Home conducted by Brother Brandon Norton with interment to follow in Dyer County Memorial Gardens.   

Pallbearers will be Chuck Thurmond, Eric Thurmond, Brian Burns, Vick Burns, Scotty McGuire and Bobby Nash.  Honorary pallbearers will be Frank Scroggins, Ralph Roy, Kevin Tidwell, Eddie Moore and Robert Clark.

The family will receive friends Saturday, March 25th from 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

She is survived by her daughter, Amber Jade Smith and husband, Kenny of Dyersburg; her parents, Homer and Sue Moore of Finley; two grandchildren, Mason Vance Vestal, Leelan Dean Smith, both of Dyersburg; and her brother, Eddie Moore and wife, Debbie of Dyersburg.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Tracey Lee Moore.
