Danny Burkeen

     Danny (Danno) Burkeen 57, of Dyersburg, died Thursday, April 20, 2017 at Tennova Healthcare Dyersburg Regional. Born April 22 1960, he was the son of the late Thomas Odell Burkeen and Pauline Sexton Burkeen.   

     Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 25, 2017 in the chapel of Curry Funeral Home conducted by Brother Jullian Huey.  Interment will follow in Fairview Cemetery.   

     Pallbearers will be Cody Enochs, Casey Benjamin, Cordale Robertson, Jaden Mims, William Gourley, and Thomas Gourley.

     The family will receive friends from 5:00 p. m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday April 24, 2017  at the funeral home.

     He is survived by Lori Williams, two sisters Donna Welch and husband Eddie and Lisa Akins and husband Ricky both of Dyersburg; three brothers, Bobby Burkeen and wife Becky of Texas, Timmy Burkeen and wife Malanie and Larry Burkeen both of Missouri; and  six grandchildren.

     In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his granddaughter Bella Bates.  

     The family requests memorials be directed to the Donor’s Choice.
