Kenneth “Hank” Hankins, 60, of Dyersburg, died May 12, 2017 in Dyersburg. Born October 2, 1956, he was the son of the late Kenneth Jerome and Connie Fay Sanders Hankins. Mr. Hankins proudly served his county in the United States Army and was a member of Junction Church of God. He was a retired groundsman for Forked Deere Electric and was currently employed at Harbor Freight.
Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 16, 2017 in the Chapel of Curry Funeral Home conducted by Reverend Kenny Chessor with interment to follow in Fairview Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Kenny Hankins, Little Kenny Hankins, Gene Wells, Ross Norrid, John Bates, Chris Wells and Kevin Reece.
The family will receive friends Monday, May 15th from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
He is survived by his wife, Sue Hankins; two daughters, Karen Hankins of Booneville, MS, Brandy Hankins of Ripley; two sons, Kenneth Hankins (Vickie) of Ripley, Justin Hankins of Decatur, IN; two step-sons, Billy Bishop of Covington; Brandon Bishop (Teresa) of Lewisburg, KY; one sister, Wanda Stump of Nebraska; four brothers, Vincent Hankins (Bobbie Dale) of Covington, Tommy Hankins of Ripley, Donnie Hankins (Candy) of Ripley, Bobby Joe Hankins (Teresa) of Brownsville; twelve grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren,
