Jack D. (mostly known as Big Daddy) Lewis, 60, of Dyersburg, died Saturday, May 13, 2017 at Tennova Healthcare Jackson Regional. Born November 29, 1956, he was a retired automotive mechanic and a passionate bowler. He was a member of the Wolffa/Pack.
Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 17, 2017 in the Chapel of Curry Funeral Home with interment to follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be John Yanders, Clifton Williams Sr., Dannie Robinson, James Dowell, Adam Edwards, Mark (Hollywood) Ballard, Kevin Reed and Bob Alford.
The family will receive friends Tuesday, May 16th from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
He is survived by his wife, Willie Ray Clements of Covington; two daughters, April M. Williams (Anthony) of Covington, Patsy Coleman Reed of Nashville; three sons, Clifton M. Williams, Sr. (Jennifer) of Covington, LeMont Hall (Lisa) of Dyersburg, Steven Tolliver of Memphis; his mother, Anna McElrath of Sylvis, IL; one sister, Anna Dowell Robinson of Halls; five brothers, Roy Dowell, Curtis Dowell, John Lewis, John Yanders (Cassandra), all of Dyersburg, James Dowell (Bettie) of Ripley; twelve grandchildren, one great-grandchild and a host of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Patsy Coleman Lewis and one sister, Annie Mae Baker.
