Reba Richards, 84, of Dyersburg, died Sunday, June 18, 2017 at Methodist North Hospital in Memphis. Born August 16, 1932, she was the daughter of the late William Clayton Curry and Sally Sue Hamm Benthal. She was a retired business owner and member of Evansville Free Holiness.
Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 21, 2017 in the Chapel of Curry Funeral Home conducted by Brother Mac Daniels with interment to follow in Fairview Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be James Wilson, Tim Wilson, Timothy Willis, James Stewart, Ron Ackinson and Gregory Krishen.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, June 21st beginning at 11:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.
She is survived by one daughter, June Vandouser (Steve) of Munford; one son, William Earl Nelson (Jeannie) of Dyersburg; 10 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Ruby Mae Wilson of Dyersburg and Martha Ann Mincey of Chicago, IL.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John W. Richards; her companion of over 30 years, Frank Mullins; one daughter, Frances Nelson Shipley; two grandchildren, Kristie Dawn Duncan, James Richard Martin; and one sister, Georgia York.
