Mike "Pilk" Pilkenton

Mike "Pilk" Pilkenton, 68, of Bogota, died Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at Tennova Healthcare Dyersburg Regional. Born December 7, 1948, to the late James Ervin and Colleen Presgrove Pilkenton, he was retired from Lowe's. A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, December 9, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Curry Funeral Home conducted by Brother Kevin Klutts.   He is survived by his son Shane Pilkenton and wife Beverly; two grandchildren, Michael Lane and Hunter Blake Pilkenton; his sister, Laura Gregory and his brother, Jerry Pilkenton.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother Rick Pilkenton.In lieu of flowers the family request memorials be made to the YMCA of Dyer County, P.
