Joann Campbell McClure Simpson

Joann Campbell McClure Simpson, 82, of Dyersburg, died Saturday, February 3, 2018 at Dyersburg Health and Rehabilitation.  Born April 11, 1935, she was the daughter of the late Isaac Floyd and Margaret Olieve Reno Campbell.  She was a homemaker and a Baptist.                                       

Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Monday, February 5, 2018 in the Chapel of Curry Funeral Home conducted officiated by Reverend Paul Hogue.  Interment will be at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 6, 2018 at Woodhaven Memory Gardens in Millington.

The family will receive friends Monday, February 5th beginning at 11:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.                                     

She is survived by two sons, Thomas McClure of Dyersburg, Randy McClure of Big Sandy; two grandchildren, Chris McClure of Memphis, Shawn McClure of Virginia; two great-grandchildren; one sister, Judy Campbell of Dyersburg; and three brothers, Jimmy Allen Campbell of Mississippi, Ronnie Glenn Campbell of Sikeston, MO, and Johnnie Marvin Campbell of Dyersburg.  

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, Robert E. McClure and Bryan Simpson; one son, Lanny Joe McClure; one grandchild, Stacie Lynn Bagley; and two brothers, Issac Campbell, Jr. and James Damon Campbell.
