Penny Moody Reams

Penny Reams, 55, of Dyersburg, died Wednesday, March 21, 2018 at Tennova Healthcare Dyersburg Regional.  Born May 9, 1962, she was the daughter Carolyn Manley McClain and the late Joe Alvin Moody.                                      

Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, March 24, 2018 at the Glendale Church of Christ in Newbern conducted by Brother Serge Shoemaker.  Interment will follow at Church Grove Cemetery in Newbern.

Charlie McClain, Wallace Kennedy, Bradley Osborne, Steve Osborne, And Tim Carter will serve as pallbearers.  Honorary pallbearers will be the Sitka Church of Christ and the male members of the Glendale Church of Christ.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., Friday, March 22 at Curry Funeral Home in Dyersburg.                                 

She is survived by her husband, Billy Reams of Dyersburg; her daughter, Brandi Reams of Dyersburg; her mother, Carolyn McClain of Dyersburg; her step-mother, Billie F. Moody of Newbern; and three brothers, Joe Moody of Newbern,  Jay Thomas and Charlie McClain.

She was preceded in death by her father, Joe A. Moody
